Xposure Sports is proud to announce the formation of a NEW and exciting, action-packed Flag Football League built on skill development, competition, camaraderie, and community spirit! Team and and Individual Registration is now open and welcoming for players of all skill levels.

This season, Be You Sports will serve as the host for the Maryland Flag Football League. All events will take place on the fields at Long Reach High School (6101 Old Dobbin Ln., Columbia, MD 21045).

The Maryland Flag Football League represents the inaugural statewide Girls Flag Football Alliance and Competitive League, enabling players from various organizations to compete in a supportive and contemporary setting. Our mission is to provide everyone an unrivaled experience to further enhance the excitement and growth of the sport of Flag Football.

Duration: 10-Weeks (Saturday’s, April 12th - June 14th)

- Mini Training Camp

All teams and players will be introduced on the field to kick off the inaugural Maryland Flag Football League season. Players will then have the opportunity to compete in various Skills Competitions, participate in a League Media Day (photography, 360 Booth, interviews), and spend time together in preparation for their first game!

Each team will play (6) six regular season games and conclude the season with playoffs and a Super Bowl Championship.

All players will be presented an award on the final weekend to commemorate their hard work, perseverance, and accomplsihments in the league’s inaugural season.

Note: The league will observe the following holidays (April 19th - Easter and May 24th - Memorial Day). No games/activities will be held on these two dates.
